In fact, over 85% of groomers are not formally trained or certified and started out as an apprentice then moved up through the ranks.*

While the overall grooming industry does not require it, Avery's proactively certified our groomer through an intensive grooming academy regulated by the state department's Board of Education, Academy of Dog Grooming Arts in Arlington Heights, IL. The professional program required rigorous performance testing under the tutelage of two Certified Master Groomers.
